    Shayler's journey in storytelling began in high school as a reporter, writer, and editor. He later earned a bachelor's degree in journalism and marketing, sharpening his business skills while staying committed to promoting social welfare. Shayler is a culture strategist utilizing the transformative power of storytelling to drive social change.

    Design Lead areas of expertise include, graphic design, design engineering, and process reliability. Experience working on product and marketing design, as well as full scale application and website development with entreprenuers and businesses nationwide.
